"an incredible futuristic romance"
Sentenced to life on Moabar -- a desolate planet where
living through the winter is a miracle -- for a crime she
didn't commit, Captain Chasidah 'Chaz' Bergren was
determined to survive. When her former nemesis and almost-
lover Gabriel Ross 'Sully' Sullivan arrives with an offer
of escape in exchange for her assistance in stopping an
illegal genetics experiment, Chaz hesitantly and
suspiciously agrees. She knows Sully is hiding something from her. As events
unfold and she slowly learns to trust him, she still can't
fight the suspicion Sully is still hiding something. She
just never imagined what it would turn out to be. GABRIEL'S GHOST is an intense page-turner. While some of
the technical aspects of the universe building were
slightly confusing at times, they were needed and all
explained in due time. I would highly recommend this novel to anyone who likes
futuristic space romances. Megan Sybil Baker crafted
totally compelling characters and an incredible story line.
If ever a book screams for a sequel - if only to revisit
favorite characters - this book does. I for one would like
to see Ren, one of the secondary characters, find a happy
ending.
