"The start of what looks to be a great series!"

Nicholas Barone broke up with his girlfriend Danielle on Valentine's Day a year ago. She immediately hooked up with a richer and more desirable man, in her estimation. It wasn't until after her death that Nicholas discovered he was the father of a one-year-old daughter, Molly. Ever since he brought Molly home she's done nothing but cry so he is at his wit's end.

He hires Gail Fenton as a nanny after extensively interviewing her but when he sees how she interacts with Molly, she's a shoe-in for the job even though her degree is in computers. Molly instinctively clings to Gail for some reason and the more Nicholas sees Gail and Molly together the more he wants to be more than Gail's boss.

But Gail is very innocent in the ways of men and most especially rich hunks like Nicholas who have a different woman every week. Even though she's highly attracted to Nicholas she knows nothing can come from a relationship between them, or can it?

I whipped right through this appealing story and read it in a matter of hours. It was a quick fun read and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Nicholas and Gail were fascinating characters but Molly nearly stole the whole book along with Nicholas' large Italian family. I look forward to more stories about the Barones. I predict this to be a series not to be missed.
