Moss has been married to Tyrian for years now -- her son and two daughters have already reached the age where they depend more on their father's life lessons than hers -- and she has begun to ponder whether is needed at all. Then she is called, demandingly pulled, back into time, where she finds herself obligated to save the man who will become her husband -- only he isn't, exactly. As Moss fulfills her obligation to the man who unwittingly called her, she finds out more about the man she loves, and the past that she has always afraid to confront.

CRYSTAL CALLED is an evocative short story that looks at the maturation of a relationship and the fears that arise as the years settle on a couple's shoulders. A combination of Time Travel and Fantasy Romance, the story also features an older heroine. It is about love, acceptance and growth, the hallmarks of a maturing relationship. Though short it is an enchanting story of re-discovery that is sure to please anyone looking for a sweetly emotional read.
