"Fast, exciting story with great characters"

Meghan Elise Foster was a good, responsible paralegal. She has come to the resort where her sister works, at a turning point in her life. She's decided to go to law school and has decided to let some of her fantasies come true before she hits the books. For years Elise, Meghan's fantasy other self, has written in a journal all her secret wants and desires. Meghan has decided to go for broke and buys a seductive wardrobe for her vacation. Things Elise would wear. Sounds confusing but the book was very easy to follow...and follow it I did!

Nicholas Alexander, a.k.a. Alex Worth, is a DEA agent undercover at the resort. He has one last chance to catch a drug lord. A mixup at the resort has Meghan checking into Nick's room. She doesn't know this, so she unpacks her swim suit and goes her merry way. When Nick checks in, he finds a woman's clothes and some sexy red sandals. Was this a trick of the drug cartel? Was his cover already blown? Nick decides to find out before calling the operation off.

What follows is how Nick finds Meghan's "Elise" journal and taps into her secret fantasies. After he determines her innocence, he feels compelled to awaken Meghan using her journal. Into the mix comes the drug lord and the operation making for a very fast, exciting book.

I loved the book and felt connected to the characters.
