REVIEW

"Three enchanting stories!"

These three paranormal stories not only sent delicious chills up my spine but they also tickled my funny bone!

Haunted Honeymoon by Linda Devlin tells the story of newly married Tessa and John. Tessa has known John's family for years so when her father arranged her marriage John seemed the logical choice. They are to live in Tessa's old family home, reported to be haunted, and sure enough on their wedding night, strange things start to happen. Can they figure out what's going on and get on with their happily ever after lives?

Bewitching by Sandy Moffett takes us to 1790 Salem, Massachusetts where Constance Sedgewick and her two aunts run the Salem's Academy for Young Ladies. What all of Salem doesn't know is that Constance and her two aunts are also witches. Now Constance's powers are going all amuck because it is time for her to find a man and mate. That way she will be able to control her powers. Then Stefan Davenport comes to town. Can Constance's aunts get Stefan and Constance to fall in love without too much use of magic?

Citizen Daisy by Deb Stover has us going from present day Crooked Creek to Crooked Creek of the past. Congressman Jack McCullough collapses with a severe headache at a Halloween Costume Party. Then while he's having an MRI in the hospital during a storm, he's freakishly transported back to 1890. Daisy mistakenly has been labeled a witch and when she wishes for her true love to appear so she won't have to marry a man her father chose for her, Jack suddenly appears in the MRI machine. All the folks of Crooked Creek think he's a moon man but Daisy knows why he's here. Now it's up to Jack to figure it out.

These were three of the best paranormal novellas I've ever read. I thoroughly enjoyed each and every one of them. They were all three each unique in their own way with a bit of a twist that only added to my enjoyment of the stories. I highly recommend this one!

Summary

A moaning wind. A yellow moon. A black cat twining 'round your legs. No night is more magical than Halloween, when the mists of time shimmer and the doorways between worlds open...

Born the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month, Daisy Peabody is surely a witch. At least that's what the good folk of Crooked Creek think. When a man literally falls from the sky onto her property, they're sure. But who is the handsome stranger? And what magic has he wrought in Daisy's heart?
