REVIEW

"This one is truly sizzling!!"

Dustin Ramsey and Erica Mann met in high school when jock Dustin was failing Chemistry and Erica tutored him. One night Dustin coerced Erica to take a ride with him and they ended up in the back seat of Dustin's Mustang. What neither knew about each other was they were both virgins that night. Dustin was so embarrassed by his performance that he never called Erica again and Erica thought Dustin was turned so off by her inexperience that he didn't want to see her again. Both couldn't be farther from the truth.

Ten years later, Dustin and Erica still think about that night and wonder what if... Dustin decides to do something about it to redeem himself in Erica's eyes and hires a private investigator to find Erica for him. He has had to take over his father's company and now needs some extra investments to try to boost the company. He finds out that Erica is the owner of DATELINE: DALLAS, a small newsletter that gives advice to the lovelorn, reviews restaurants and is generally a little local newsy paper. He thinks if he can get her to agree to franchise it, it would work out for both of them.

He doesn't count on being as attracted to Erica as she is to him after all these years. They sizzle and burn every time they get within a few feet of each other. Erica knows there can be nothing between them. They are just too different. Can Dustin change Erica's mind?

This was one hot, sizzling story. Even though the sex scenes were fabulous, the emotions were just as great. Erica and Dustin were hot for each other but they each tore down the other's defenses when it came to finally admitting their love for each other. Vicki Lewis Thompson knows how to write a sexy, emotional story and this one is no exception. I eagerly look forward to each and every one of her books!

Summary

Hotter than Texas in July...

Ten years ago, Dustin Ramsey and Erica Mann shared their first sexual experience in the back seat of Dustin's red Mustang. And the interlude was...a complete disaster. Now Dustin is facing a huge challenge—taking over the family business. But before he does, he has to get past his one and only failure. His plan: to find—and seduce—Erica again. Only, this time he's got to do it right...

Erica is amazed when Dustin shows up on her doorstep. True, he has a business proposition for her, but the look in his eye tells her what kind of proposition he's really offering.... Erica has come a long way in ten years. Her newsletter, Dateline: Dallas, has gained her a reputation as the Dr. Ruth of the Dallas area. So if Dustin thinks he can just walk in and seduce her senseless, he'd better think again. Because Erica intends to seduce him first....
