REVIEW

"A time travel with quite a twist!"

I have been a huge fan of Nina Bangs since her very first book, AN ORIGINAL SIN. I'd never quite read a book like that before so I knew I was in for a treat with this one. She has a way of writing books with a huge twist in them!

This one is no different. It has a huge twist all right! I will say that it definitely kept me reading each and every page with great interest.

This is the story of Brian Byrne. Brian lives in 2502 and is the Most Valuable Player in a game called Monday Night Sex. The problem is, he's bored with it all. So what if he has fame and fortune. He wants something more out of life so he decides to take a vacation five hundred years into the past to his ancestral home in Ireland. His history chip that his mother left with him when she abandoned him told him that something had happened to the castle somewhere between 2002 and 2010 so he decides to go check it out for himself.

Once there, Brian meets Ally O'Neill. She's an American tourist on vacation with her great aunt Katy. She thought she was the perfect wife until her husband left her for another woman. Now she's trying to get her life back together and pull together her writing career. She's definitely not interested in catering to any man! This intrigues Brian because he's used to women falling at his feet so Ally presents a challenge for Brian. The problem is Brian's contract says no sex in the off-season. It doesn't help that Brian's whole entourages follows him back in time. So what is a guy to do?

I have never been so glued to a book as I was to this one. There really wasn't one thing that I didn't like about this most stimulating book. Be sure when you start to read this one that you have plenty of time because I can guarantee you won't want to put it down.

Sex. Rules of the game: play hard, play to win, and play with a passion for the game, never for the woman. A winning philosophy from the MVP of the future's hottest sport. But when Brian Byrne takes a short vacation back to 2002 and meets Ally O'Neill, he finds that love is definitely in his game plan.

Summary

HE IS THE MVP OF THE FUTURE'S HOTTEST SPORT.

In the year 2502, sex is a spectator sport, and Brian Byrne is its undisputed champion. He plays with a passion for the game, never for the woman. So why does he feel burned out, used up, and in need of a vacation? A few weeks in a simpler time where he doesn't have to think about sex sounds great.

SHE WANTS A PERFECT NIGHT OF PLEASURE.

Ally O'Neill is having a career crisis. She is the best- selling author of a series on how to be the perfect wife. She is also recently divorced, so her perfect wife theory obviously needs fine-tuning. Her publisher now wants Ally to write about a night of sexual pleasure from a single woman's perspective. What does she know about sex and today's single woman? Nothing. Ally requires a consultant with sex-god credentials.

Ally and Brian meet in 2002 beside the ruins of an Irish castle. Ally believes she needs Brian for only one night, but soon realizes she wants him to be her forever-man. Brian thinks no woman can tempt him, but Ally quickly has him trying to renegotiate the no-sex clause in his contract.

In a world where no one has ever heard of the Testosterone Titans, Brian is about to discover that scoring is a lot less fun than falling in love.
