"The third book in the gIRL-gEAR, Inc. series"

Six friends founded gIRL-gEAR, Inc. and had no idea it would be the roaring success it has been. Sydney Ford is the CEO and founder of gIRL-gEAR, Inc. She's surrounded herself with the most talented group of women she could find. Sidney has been very rich all of her life but has tried not to be the spoiled brat that she could have been. That's why her artist mother, Vegas sent her to a public school. Sydney felt as if she never fit in.

Sydney had a crush on Ray Coffey all through high school. Ray was older than Sydney so when she saw him at a party when she was a senior and he was a college man, she couldn't believe he actually talked to her. That night they had mind-blowing sex -- her first time -- and fell in love but that love was not meant to be at that time. There were too many other factors to consider.

Now eight years later gIRL-gEAR, Inc. holds a contest with the prize being a cruise to an exotic island and Ray wins said contest. All Ray wants to do is grab Sydney and have a grand week alone with her but he knows she's just not ready for that so he invites three friends and she invites three of her co-worker/friends. This will be a week to get to know each other or a week of hell. Which will it be? Sydney knows what she wants but where will this all lead?

What I liked best about this series of books is that it is about friends and how they interact with each other on the job and off. It is also about their significant others and how they all get along with each other. In other words, these are relationship books. It was interesting to me to see how each of the women and men interacted with each other. I thoroughly enjoyed this series and hope to see more stories about these intriguing characters.

Summary

It was guaranteed to be seven days of sun - and sin!

A relaxing vacation with the winner of the gIRL-gEAR.com scavenger hunt becomes downright sticky for CEO Sydney Ford when Ray Coffey - her one-time lover - claims the prize! Now she and her fellow gIRL gEAR partners are stuck together with Ray and his friends in this exotic locale for an entire week. For Sydney, the memory of her one steamy night with Ray is distracting her from running her business. He couldn't have been all that, could he? Well, only one way to find out!

For Ray, being marooned with Sydney is sheer torture - from seeing her gorgeous body on the beach in her bikini, and out of it in his dreams!
