"Three's Company?"
Highland Obsession is a story of a young woman caught
between two alpha males in this very steamy read. The story revolves around three characters. Alan
MacDonald, who lived the majority of his life in England
and has just returned to Scotland in order to find a
suitable bride and reclaim his lands. Sorcha Stewart, his
beautiful, sweet and not so innocent wife and the Earl of
Camdonn, Cam, who is obsessed with Sorcha. Really
obsessed. Alex and Cam had been friends while they lived in England
and they were as close as brothers. And they shared quite
a bit of debauchery together. Cam and Sorcha had been
lovers prior to her betrothal to Alan. On their wedding
night, Cam is beyond reason seeing them together and he
kidnaps Sorcha in order to have her to himself. She
wasn't too happy about it and escaped from him. The
remainder of the tale takes us through some action, a lot
of sex, anger, deceit, lust, love, and rage. I do need to forewarn anyone that if they are not into
explicit sex scenes, threesomes, etc. to think carefully
before reading this book. Because it's got all of that in
it. Dawn Halliday's writing style is very good and this
book had great romance components. However, there were
times where certain stages of the story dragged on a bit.
I don't know, maybe it was me doing that flip the page
quickly thing to get to the sex scene again. Ahem. If you enjoy a good historical romance, and don't mind the
erotic undertones, I'd definitely recommend reading
Highland Obsession.

SummaryIn the Scottish Highlands, two warriors are about to
clash over a woman of passion...
They were the unlikeliest of friends debauching their way
through London: The Earl of Camdonn, a nobleman of vast

respected Jacobite with ambitions of his own.
But their friendship is destroyed when Alan marries the
beautiful Sorcha Stewart—only to witness Cam kidnap
her from their bedroom. Then Alan learns the truth: his
bride was not an innocent. She took a lover before
him—his friend—who taught her the ways of pleasure.
Now, Alan will do anything to get his wife back. Cam fights
to redeem his honor, even as he refuses to give up his
desire. Torn between love and duty, Sorcha must watch as the
