"Jack's back in a high-octane thriller.."
Set in New York City, Lee Child's "Gone Tomorrow" finds
the
author's popular hero, Jack Reacher, dealing with a pulse-
pounding situation that centers on a conspiracy that dates
back to the beginning of the Soviet-Afghan conflict. With
far reaching consequences for the war on terrorism,
Reacher
is going to have to find out why a seemingly innocuous
woman would be willing to become a suicide bomber. To get the answers he needs, the fabled ex-military
officer
will need to deal with a host of unsavory individuals.
Although they may have different agendas, the one thing
they all have in common is a desire to derail if not
permanently eliminate, Jack Reacher. Lee Child just keeps adding to this best selling
series. Now with a baker's dozen to his credit you might
think the award winning writer might be losing his touch.
Hardly! The New Yorker seems to only get better and better
with each successive novel.
