"A celebration of the same-sex family"

There are not many picture books for children of same- sex parents but this board book tries to fill the gap. For children ages 1-3 the author depicts a little boy and his two fathers - daddy and papa - engaging in various activities.

The illustrations by Carol Thompson show the threesome playing, cooking, and engaging in other family activities.

The author also has a companion book available for lesbian couples with a young child, entitled "Mommy, Mama, and Me".
