"My first trip to the dentist"

Part of the series of "Maisy First Experiences Books" this picture book for youngsters 2 years of age and up deals with the a first visit to the dentist. Charlie is a little nervous about going to see Dr. Biteright so Maisy agrees to accompany her friend to the dentist's office.

Dr. Biteright checks Charlie's teeth, takes an x- ray and shows Charlie how to properly brush his teeth. The dentist also tells Charlie not to worry about his wiggly tooth because it is only a baby tooth and would soon fall out and be replaced by a new one.

After a successful visit

If you have a child about to make his or her first visit to the dentist here's a good way of explaining what will happen and also showing that there's nothing to worry about.
