"Scarred, Broken and Healed"
I really liked this book. Devon Manning's had a tough life. She's come out the
other side of abuse and addiction and is a social worker
helping kids in trouble. Luke Rafferty is an ex-
secret ops guy who left his post as a medic, went to
medical school and is now one hot ER doc. Due to Devon's field of work, she and Luke occasionally
see each other at the hospital and love eventually blooms
for the two of them. Great. There's just one catch,
someone is out to get Devon, or so they think. And that
someone is rather nasty. This book offers suspense, romance and an ending that I
can't say anything about - because that would be a
spoiler, yes? I recommend reading this one.
