REVIEW

"A lighthearted romp with a werewolf!"

All Marty Andrews' goal in life is to aspire to drive a sky blue convertible once she reaches that Bobbie Sue Cosmetics goal. She has already worked her buns off and achieved the Lavender suit goal. She even has two recruits now. Things are definitely looking up.

Then she and her two recruits are taking her teacup poodle for a walk when her poodle Muffin attacks a mangy mutt. In order to save Muffin from being gulped down in one bite, Marty puts her hand in the mutt's mouth thereby accidentally getting bitten.

What Marty doesn't know she will find out about a week later when hunky Keegan Flarherty knocks on her door and tries to explain that not only was he the mangy mutt who accidentally bit her but he also turned her into a werewolf. He's very apologetic about it as this hasn't happened in centuries. Now he is responsible for her. Marty will have no part of it but why is her hair turning so dark and why does she have to shave her legs several times a day? Something very strange is going on and she knows she will figure it out eventually.

Then Marty is kidnapped and stuffed in the back of a big old car. It seriously ticks her off and she gets so mad that she kicks a hole in the trunk of the car and escapes. Luckily she has her cell in her pocket and is able to call Keegan to pick her up. Keegan doesn't know who is behind her kidnapping but hopes his pack isn't involved. That's when he decides Marty will be safer with his family. Marty agrees but only for a while as she has serious Bobbie Sue Cosmetics to sell. Little does Marty know this isn't the end of the story by a long shot.

I haven't laughed so hard at a book in ages. Marty is a refreshingly real and funny heroine and if I had to be bitten by a werewolf, Keegan would definitely be the one I would want to bite me! If you are looking for a light hearted, can't put down till finished, paranormal, this is definitely the book for you! Enjoy!

Summary

When Marty Andrews gets bitten by a mangy mutt while walking her teacup poodle, her blond hair darkens, the hair on her legs starts growing at an alarming rate, and her mood swings put her dream job as a sales rep for Bobbie-Sue Cosmetics in serious jeopardy. Then a drool-worthy man shows up at her door claiming that he accidentally bit Marty. And since he's a werewolf, she is now, too. Thinking Keegan Flaherty is clearly insane, Marty refuses to believe a word until a kidnapping makes her realize there's more at stake than just her highlights. And she must put her out-of-control life in the hands of the man who makes her blood run wild in more ways than one...
