Since then, Dee's privacy has been invaded several times, her life pulled apart and microscopically examined and then re- examined, not once, but several times over. She's not interested in sharing her life with anyone for that would mean having to confide or at least provide an explanation about Jared, which could in turn endanger her brother's life. So when the gorgeous football coach, extends a hand of friendship, Dee isn't exactly jumping eagerly to accept it. She's suspicious or rather, cautious, of him. However, Chase's charm and deft handling of her vulnerability soon works it's magic, making her more receptive. The question remains, what will happen when Dee finds out what Chase is really after? Will Chase solve the case and get his man, only to lose his girl?

Wow! This Blaze is blazing! If this is any indication of how HOT the new ëBlaze' line from Harlequin will ëblaze', then it's time to pack up and move to Antarctica before the next ones hit the shelves! Jamie Denton's latest release, SLEEPING WITH THE ENEMY, promises to short circuit your senses and cause a complete meltdown.

Ms. Denton has done a remarkable job with this book. Richly drawn characters, a plot full of intrigue and plenty of sizzling sexual tension, highly erotic love scenes and a very entertaining romance right in the middle of it, all help to make SLEEPING WITH THE ENEMY very exciting. Ms. Denton, an award winning author, knows how to keep her story moving and the sexual tension is tantalizing and spellbinding throughout. Her characters are well developed and portrayed with a lot of depth. I especially enjoyed the secondary character of Thaddius Claymore, MD, who certainly lent his own brand of charm to the story.

Ms. Denton has writing down to an art where she can make fantasies seem real and oh so right in such a captivating and exciting manner. Once you've got SLEEPING WITH THE ENEMY in your hands, make plans to add it to your keeper shelf!
