"Hard To Put Down Read!"
Tessa Novak is working very hard Investigative reporter for
a Denver newspaper. Her life is about to be turned upside
down thanks for her need for coffee and being in the wrong
place at the wrong time. She is witness to a drive by
shooting that leaves a young girl dead. Thinking she is
the best person to write the article she sets out as a way
of helping the young girl, and as a way of working through
her trauma. But, undercover special agent Julian
Darcangelo does not want Tessa to write that article. If
she does she's going to put his investigation in danger,
and point the bad guys in her direction all in one fell
swoop. Now he needs to keep her safe while keeping his
heart uninvolved... Ms. Clare's latest effort a spin off from her first
contemporary "Extreme Exposure" has solidified this
talented ladies spot in the romantic suspense genre. "Hard
Evidence" is a strong stand alone read you won't want to
put down. The fast-paced story is well balanced with the
suspense and romance being seamlessly blended. The
chemistry between Julian and Tessa sizzles from start to
finish and I didn't want to see the story come to its end.
Ms. Clare has penned another winner and is an author I will
buy by name alone.
