"Finally another Jarved Nine tale!!"
After I read RAVYN'S FLIGHT, I begged Patti O'Shea to
please revisit Jarved Nine. She didn't promise but said
maybe one day. I'm doing the snoopy dance that one day is
finally here! ETERNAL NIGHTS is every bit as gripping and
we get to revisit beloved characters from the first book
as well. When Wyatt gets to Jarved Nine he knows he has been
reincarnated. He remembers his entire former life. Then
when he meets Kendall he can't believe she doesn't
immediately know who he is or more importantly who she
used to be. Still Wyatt knows he can't broach the subject
to her without her thinking he's nuts. So he bides his
time and just makes sure he becomes her very best friend. Kendall can't believe that she's found a smuggling ring.
She doesn't know who to talk to but she tries her hardest
to talk to Alex (Ravyn's brother) but he has other things
on his mind so he brushes her off. Kendall decides she
will just go to The Old City Pyramid herself and check
things out. Unfortunately she runs into the smugglers who chase her
and when she runs out, someone grabs her. It turns out to
be Wyatt. The smugglers catch them and put them in a
hidden room with no way out. Will Kendall figure out who
she is now? This book kept me on the edge of my seat. It was so
intense that I jumped at loud noises several times I was
so engrossed in this book. I thoroughly enjoyed it and
sincerely hope this will not be the last visit to Jarved
Nine!

ETERNAL NIGHTS is a spin off of RAVYN'S FLIGHT, but
it can
be read alone. — Since being stationed on Jarved
Nine four months earlier, Special Operations Captain Wyatt
Montgomery has been in pursuit of Captain Kendall Thomas.
She's skittish of romantic relationships, but he's managed
to become an important part of her life—as her best friend.
He wants more. When Kendall catches antiquities smugglers
red-handed, he just might have his opportunity—if he can
keep them both alive long enough to convince her that they
belong together.
SummaryCapt. Kendall Thomas has been plagued by dreams of blood,
dreams so horrifying they leave her trembling in the night.
Kendall has good reason to be afraid. She's discovered
thieves are stealing artifacts from the alien city on
Jarved Nine, and the smugglers will do anything to protect
their lucrative sideline—even commit murder.
The last man Kendall wanted to endanger was her best friend
Wyatt Montgomery, but the stubborn Special Ops captain
followed her when she went to gather evidence, and the
smugglers trapped them both in the city's ancient pyramid.
Now by day, they're chased through labyrinthine tunnels,
deeper and deeper into the heart of the temple. But in the
cloak of darkness, they can no longer deny the powerful
force drawing them together, the passionate dreams that
leave them aching with need, the touch of skin on skin that
makes them long for—ETERNAL NIGHTS.
RAVYN'S FLIGHT is scheduled to be
reissued in Aug. 2006.
