"At last we have Igor's story!"

Wolfhound shape shifter Igor Petrov has just lost the woman he loved to another. He runs off to Tennessee to recover and meets his destiny.

Selena Jones is trying to heal the emotional and physical wounds suffered at the hands of an obsessed man. She is trying to help her dear friend June on a shamanic journey to aid in the recovery from cancer. However she can't help June until she helps herself. Only one man... or is it beast?... can provide the link she needs to recover the missing parts of her soul.

Things are about to get worse. Evil is stalking Selena in peaceful Bear Hollow, TN. The stalker from her past has tracked her down and seeks vengeance against her. Igor calls on his twin brother Boris to come to their aid. Boris arrives, along with other members of the Coven of the Wolf to protect Serena. Boris never expected that he too would find his soul mate, one who denies magic in all forms, in the midst of this latest danger.

Once more Rae Morgan shows her penchant for writing sensual stories with strong characters in Treading the Labyrinth. Both Selena and Igor are emotionally wounded people, drawn together by fate and circumstance. She is a passionate woman, slowly recovering from what she suffered at the hands of a violent man. He is a powerful alpha male, upset over losing the woman he cared about, but unable to do anything but protect the fragile beauty whom has appeared in his life. Only they can help each other heal from the emotional scars they suffer.

Of course no story about Igor would be complete without his beloved brother Boris. Who can resist a story about not one, but two sexy shape shifting men that can make the heart flutter. Though Boris does more than make his mate's heart flutter, he drives her crazy! The interaction between all the players is realistic. The action in this story never stops, though it does ebb and flow with the plot. The villain is suitably evil, causing shivers to run down the spines of the readers. Readers get a hint of Boris' relationship here, just enough to whet their appetites for his story, No Secrets, due out in early 2006.

As always, Treading the Labyrinth by Rae Morgan will thrill readers, be they new to her stories, or old fans.

Summary
