"An excellent addition to the Harmony series!"

I've thoroughly enjoyed every one of Jayne Castle's Harmony books so I was thrilled that not only did she have another Harmony book written but I was going to get to review it! I highly recommend not only this one but all other of her Harmony books! They are all well worth hunting up and reading.

This book is about Elly St. Clair, botanist at the local university who is engaged to Cooper Boone, local Guild boss of Aurora Springs. When Elly finds out that Cooper has been keeping Guild secrets from her, she breaks their engagement and moves away.

Cooper figures he'll just give her a wee bit of time alone and then she'd come running back but guess what? She doesn't. She sets herself up in business and makes new friends in the town of Cadence which is larger than Aurora Springs. So Cooper figures he has to go to her but he decides that he will go to her on the premise that he has business there. Elly looks him up when she hears that he's in town because her good friend Bertha has disappeared in the catacombs and she needs a powerful ghost hunter like Cooper to help her negotiate the tunnels so she can find Bertha.

Little do Cooper and Elly know what they are getting into with trying to find Bertha. There's much more to it than that and that's just the start of this thrill a minute wild ride of a book!

I look forward to more stories in this setting! Futuristics are some of my favorite reads and Jayne Castle writes some of the best!! This one will go directly on my groaning keeper shelf!
