"What a great ghost story! Not one but three ghosts!!"
Daisy Malone has always been drawn to Laguna Vista
since she went there on a dare when she was ten years old
and "met" Jonas Van Buren. She vowed then and there to
help him one of these days. Well, she's now got her
chance. Marcus Van Buren's personal assistant, Rufus
Sinclair has hired her to investigate the rumor that Laguna
Vista is haunted by Jonas Van Buren, his sister Isadora and
his brother James. Marcus just wants to sell the place and have it
torn down. He isn't sure why but just knows that he needs
to get rid of it. Every time he thinks about the place, he
gets a migraine headache! Rufus finally convinces Marcus
that he needs to go and investigate Daisy and her methods
of getting rid of ghosts for himself. Rufus has an
ulterior motive for getting Marcus and Daisy together. Daisy and Marcus are from two different
backgrounds. Marcus is an only child and Daisy has lots of
brothers and sisters. Marcus is rich and Daisy is poor.
Marcus is a loner and Daisy has to connect with her family
every day. There's just something that draws them together.
Not only that both have secrets they are keeping. Add that
combination to the crazy cast of characters in this most
intriguing book and you have a guaranteed page-turner.
