REVIEW

"A wonderrful fun paranormal anthology!"

I have been a huge fan's of Michele Bardsley so when I found out that she sold to Signet, I was absolutely delighted and when I received a copy of her anthologies to read for review, I was beside myself with excitement and boy what a book!!

This is a collection of four novellas centered around Cupid, Inc., a dating service run by none other than Eros and Psyche in Las Vegas, otherwise known as Sin City. They also get a little, well maybe not so little, help from Aphrodite herself with the three Graces and Daphne thrown in. There are also cameo appearances from several other Gods and Goddesses as well. This is such a fun read!

The first story is The Accountant and the Virgin where Sara Beaumont is erroneously given the address of Nic Anderson, Cupid, Inc.'s accountant for her fantasy. Nic won't turn down a good thing when he sees it especially hot Sara. The problem is what will Sara think when she finds out she was sent to the wrong man?

In the second story, The Stars in Her Eyes Janie Brown wins a date with movie star Kevan Rune. She can't believe her luck. It's been her fantasy forever. She knows she can't tell a soul about the date, not even her sister because of the confidentiality clause she signed but she is bound and determined to make the most of her one and only evening with Kevan or will it be?

Karee Lomen is given her dream fantasy by her boss in One Mile Up...A Little to the Left when she lives out her fantasy to have sex in an airplane but not just with anyone, with sexy Bret Jernigan. Will it just be a fantasy or will something more come of this chance encounter? Only time will tell.

The last story The Spy Who Rubbed Me tells us the story of bored Helen Manzana, a waitress in her mother's restaurant and bored rich ex-jewel thief Paul Aris on a treasure hunt for Aphrodite's apple. Didn't this scenario play out centuries ago? Still Helen and P. Aris have fun but don't anticipate the heat or the danger in their situation until it's nearly too late.

I enjoyed each and every one of these stories. I love stories with the Gods and Goddesses in them and this collection is one of the best!

Summary

It's not easy to fall in love—especially in Sin City. Nobody knows this better than Greek deities Psyche and Eros, who keep a watchful eye on the mortals in Las Vegas. With a little divine intervention from Aphrodite and the rest of the gods and goddesses, Psyche and Eros set out to fulfill the sexual fantasies of their clients, hoping to turn lust into love.
