"Funny, fast paced romantic mystery"
Sara and Ariel are cousins. They look enough alike to be
twins. But they can't fool the men who love them. David
and RJ love these two women and need to find away to make
Sara and Ariel fall in love with them. When Sara and Ariel come up with a scheme to trade places
so Ariel can make a play for RJ. Sara goes along with
it. It will give Sara a much needed rest from working
with the very demanding RJ and also put her in close
proximity with David. The only problem being that RJ is in
love with Sara and David is in love with Ariel. RJ is interested in a small island off the Carolina
coast. It could be the perfect place for a resort. When
the foursome take the only boat over to the island and are
accused of hitting a much beloved dog and killing it,
things rapidly become complicated and down right dangerous
for the foursome. We have hidden gold, a dead body and a
landlady that is hot to trot with anything in pants. The
phone cable has been cut to the main land and the boat
won't be back until after the four go before the judge for
killing the dog. Things just go from bad to worse.
Romance wins and so does the island.

SummaryAriel and Sara never imagined their high-spirited attempt
to step into each other's shoes would cause such upheaval.
The lifelong pen pals, who look exactly alike, meet for
the first time in their twenties and embark on a daring
adventure of changing identities. Southern belle Ariel is
determined to win the heart of a man who doesn't know she
exists, while Sara yearns to leave behind her hardscrabble
existence and taste the good life that fate has denied
her. But in pretty Arundel, North Carolina, nothing is as
it seems -- including the dangers that are closing in on
their new dream lives, as the deepest of fears and darkest
of secrets and betrayals come to light.
