REVIEW

"A fast paced ride that will strike fear into every parents heart!"

This mystery has more twists and turns than a big pretzel. Don't start this one thinking you'll read a couple of chapters and stop. It's not going to happen. Kara Marshall's worst fears are coming true when her daughter Lindsay goes missing. The police won't even take a report until she has been missing 24 hours and even then they think she is just another unhappy teen that has taken off on her own. Kara knows better. Her daughter would never just take off. She's a cheerleader, a good student and she doesn't do drugs.

The house is up for sale and after the first open house Lindsay had told her mother someone had been in her room going through her things. Kara had dismissed her daughters fears. Now she wonders if she should have listened closer to her.

Everyone is telling her not to worry, Lindsay just took off and she'll turn up. Kara knows better and is getting more and more desperate.

Patrick Shields lost his wife and two daughters in a tragic fire. He understands the pain Kara is going through. He also senses that there is more to Lindsay's disappearance than meets the eye. When another girl goes missing, the police start taking notice and doing some checking. It seems there have been three taken after open houses. Now it's a race against time to find them before it's too late.

This is a must read for all mystery fans. Well written and one that will keep you guessing till the end.
