"Is she or isn't she his wife?"
THE GREEK'S CHRISTMAS BABY by Lucy Monroe is an emotionally
charged, wonderfully told story about second chances. From
the moment Eden first met Aristide she never could get over
that a powerful businessman like himself would be
interested in her. A year after meeting, Aristide marries
her after finding out she was pregnant. Now Eden is fed up
with playing second fiddle to her husband Aristide's
business over the past few years. When she goes to New York
to tell him that he either chooses her or his scheming
assistant who is doing everything she can to undermine
their marriage. Unfortunatley Aristide doesn't see
Kassandra for the scheming witch she really is and while
arguing they are involved in a serious car accident. Although his body remembers Eden, Aristides' memory does
not. He can only take the word of the woman standing in
front of him that she is his wife in every way. Assuming
that she is like his uncle's wife Andrea, Eden has to
battle both her insecurities and the woman who is trying to
take her place. After reading THE GREEK'S CHRISTMAS BABY, I am convinced
that Lucy Monroe cannot write a bad book. I suggest having
a box of kleenex nearby during some of the most pivotal
scenes and an ice cold beverage of your choice for the love
scenes. I also recommend not reading this if you have to go
to work the next day, otherwise you just may go to work
bleary eyed. This book is a definite must read this holiday season. Barb Hicks

SummaryAfter a head-on collision with another vehicle, Eden Kouros
is overjoyed that her unborn baby has survived. But
Aristide, her husband, has suffered a partial loss of memory.
Eden's heart is torn in two. Aristide remembers almost
everythingexcept that he has a wife. Yet perhaps Eden
has been given a second chance to save her marriage, which
was at breaking point before the accident: Aristide's body
hasn't forgotten the desire they once shared...and she's
still carrying their precious, tiny child....
