REVIEW

"The cop and the rancher"

Once upon a time, Jack and Maggie were married years ago, but the stress of being a cops wife got to Maggie and she took off for home in Montana. Now 13 years later, Jack has come to Montana for their son's high school graduation. Problem is that the attraction between Jack and Maggie has never died and it will take everything they have to fight it cause Jack is going back to Chicago and they will have to learn to live without each other all over again.

Jack has a hard time leaving a cop's life behind, even for 2 weeks so when Maggie is having difficulty with her ranch, he steps in to try and help find out who is trying to drive Maggie out of business.

A FABULOUS WIFE by Dianne Castell is the first of her Forty and Fabulous mini-series. It is a wonderful start to a fun new series, each heroine has hit the big 4-0 mark and it shows that they are not only older they are better.

I really loved this book, it was funny and sexy and you also get introduced to BJ and Dixie, Maggie's best friends. There was also a cute secondary romance between Maggie's dad Hank and Isabel, a recent widow who are having problems of their own.

I urge you to get this book, and I know you will be as anxious for the next installment as I am.
