"An excellent third book in the series!"
I must say in all three of the Way of the Wolf
books I just didn't care for Tranorva. She is a warrior and
is tough. I just wasn't sure what kind of heroine she would
make but I have to give Shelby Morgen credit. Tranorva's
story is every bit as intriguing and as captivating as the
first two books in the series. Shammall, the mage who is bound to Evalayna,
Tranorva's mother, has been in love with Tranorva for years
and years. Since he is fey, he is not allowed to love and
be loved. Not only that, Tranorva is mortal where Shammall
is immortal. So when Tranorva is captured, Evalayna sends
Shammall to rescue her. The way is long and arduous and
little does Shammall know what is in store for him and for
Tranorva. When he finally finds her, he is in for a huge
surprise as is Tranorva. I thoroughly enjoyed this fascinating book. My
only problem with it was the rather intriguing abrupt
ending. I do so hope that there will be another book in
this most enchanting series. What I really liked about
this series is not only is it erotic in flavor but it also
tells quite a story.
