"Romantic comedy mystery that will keep you reading and laughing."
Take one "Workout Barbie" Blair Mallory and toss with Pro
Football hero turned policeman and then mix in killer.
Add humor and enough laughs that you do not want to read
this in public for fear of embarrassing yourself by going
into fits of giggles. I couldn't put this one down. Blair Mallory is the owner of an upscale fitness center.
One of her clients has been imitating her style of dress
and hair. When this client is shot and killed with Blair
as the only witness it becomes a toss up as to who they
were really trying to kill the pushy client or Blair. Two years before this Blair had gone out on three "hot"
dates with Wyatt Bloodsworth, who now is a police
lieutenant and in charge of the shooting. Wyatt had walked
away after the third date saying he would call, but he
never had. The chemistry had been explosive between Blair
and Wyatt even though they hadn't slept together. Blair
took one look at Wyatt and knew she still had the same
chemistry thing going as two years ago. The question was
would Wyatt buy her act of not remembering who he was? Mix in a wonderful crazy family for Blair, with two
sisters that beg for their own story and you have a riot
of page turning fun. Linda Howard never fails her readers and once again she
proves what a wonderfully versatile writer she is. This
book is pure comedy and a laugh till you cry kind of book.
Sit back and get ready to be entertained by a Master
Fiction Writer.
