"First book in this fairy-tale romance series is superb."
A masterful addition to every fairy-tale lover's library,
THE SUN WITCH tells the story of forbidden love, power and
family ties. Although Sophie vowed never to love a man and
thus never activate the curse against the women of their
family, she did not vow to remain forever chaste, like one
of her sisters, or bitter due to a broken heart like the
other. Therefore, when she meets the man whose eyes she's
been dreaming, Sophie tries to make his inevitable and
necessary forgetfulness of her whereabouts as pleasant as
possible. However, when does a wish for good luck become
too strong? Filled with political intrigue, detailed characters and
interesting but believable twists, THE SUN WITCH encourages
comparison with Practical Magic and various other "wicked
witch" stories. An easy read, you'll want to devour it in a
single sitting and read the next book in the series
immediately because not all issues are resolved in this
one.
