"Sizzling Summer Fun"
When I first heard that Nancy Warren was putting out
another book I was naturally excited. Then I found out
that the book was three short stories in one. This made
me a bit hesitant to read it. However I decided that
because it was written by Nancy Warren it had to be a
winner, so I took the plunge. Was I glad I had! Yes, Bad Boys Down Under is three short stories, but
they're all connected. In using this unique format I feel
that Ms. Warren was able to give fair and impartial
treatment to all the characters who were yelling for their
stories to be told. Not one heroine or hero was
shortchanged, and yet I feel that if someone had been
forced to be a secondary character the story would not
have been quite the same. Sizzling in Sidney is the lead off story. Jennifer
Talbot is in public relations. She arrives in Australia to
help Cameron Crane take his company international.
Jennifer and Cameron do not get off to the best of starts
in their relationship. She's a workaholic, and he's also
a workaholic, but in a much less stressful fun loving
way. She's engaged, and he's got a reputation of being
quite the ladies man. How the two work out both their
personal and business relationships is a fun read, that
I'll allow you the pleasure of having. Surfer Boy is the story of a construction worker,
Steve Jackson and an image maker Lise Atwater. If you
thought Jennifer was a workaholic, you haven't seen Lise
yet! Steve is just trying to be himself, and battling Lise
every step of the way. He never wanted to be a model or
spokesperson, and due to being in Jennifer's path at just
the right moment, that's exactly what Lise is hoping to
turn him into. Can two strong willed individuals work out
their differences to mutual satisfaction? Keep on reading
to find out. The final story is The Great Barrier. Bronwyn
Spencer is Cameron's sister. She's a free spirit who has
issues with money management. Mark Forsythe is an
accountant who micro manages every aspect of his life. In
tge he sent his fiancée to Australia to do her job, and
the first story he stayed behind ever faithful planning
their wedding and life together. Now, he finds himself in
Australia, and in the path of Bronwyn. Naturally there's
got to be trouble brewing between the spontaneous party
girl, and the serious accountant. Only an author of Ms.
Warren's talent can make such opposites see the benefits of
a relationship while keeping the reader enthralled. This book was for me a great vacation read. I hope it will
be a great read for you no matter when or
where you read it.

SummarySizzling in Sydney
Sexy, macho Cameron Crane knows he needs San Francisco
marketing guru Jennifer Talbot to take his Australian surf
and boogie board business into the lucrative American
market. No worries, mate. He'll just seduce the little
sheila. It's not the first time he's used his considerable
skills in bed to get what he wants. And no one's ever
complained. But the minute Cameron lays eyes on Jenn, he's
got the feeling the adorable, whip-smart business lady can
see right through himand he's never been more turned
on. Now, cornering the market on pleasuring Jenn is his
number one goal . . . one he's ready to fully commit to.
Surfer Boy
Handling the advertising campaign for Crane surf and
boogie boards is hard-working ad exec Lise Atwater's dream
job. But turning their Australian surfer boy into a
product spokesman is going to take a lot of work. Hunky
Steve Jackson is a muscular, take-me-as-I-am kind of guy
who thinks he's in the States to party and bed women. It's
ridiculous, and if Lise weren't so suddenly preoccupied
with picking out a new bikini and donning high heels
around the office, she'd tell him so. But when the ad
campaign moves behind closed doors, it's clear neither is
selling the other anything ... and the white-hot ecstasy
is completely mutual...
The Great Barrier
Being dumped by his fiancee, Jennifer, for that barely
civilized playboy Cameron Crane has left Mark Forsythe in
a funk. From now on, the straight-arrow Mark is going to
be as bad as they come. He's decided to sow his wild oats
down under. On his first night, the novice bad boy ends up
passed out in slinky Bronwyn Spencer's bed. Though nothing
happened, Bronwyn's happy to let Mark think they've shared
a night of passion so hot, he's got to experience it
again. And she has every intention of showing the
terminally 'good' Mark just how delicious a walk on the
wild side can be, if you're willing to put your heart into
it ...
