"Conclusion to Wife Lottery trilogy is exciting romance."
Captain Walker Larson had been a husband by proxy for two
years before he finally met his wife, Lacy. But when she
arrived in his office at an extremely bad time and demanded
that she wouldn't leave until he made her his true wife, he
had no choice other than to comply. That was two years ago,
and he still has no use for a wife. But he's been ordered
home for 30 days to protect her whether she wants him to or
not. Lacey fell in love with Walker through his letters, but
after that day two years ago when she went to him, she
started to resent him. He promises he'll leave when his 30
days are up and she's going to hold him to it. Within the first day, they realize that even though they've
been married for five years, they know nothing about each
other. Agreeing to be friends while they're together, they
decide to share a little about themselves. As the danger
grows stronger, so do their feelings for each other. This book concludes Ms. Thomas' Wife Lottery trilogy. It's
an exciting story of waiting out the bad guys and
discovering love in the process. An excellent story to read
over the weekend.
