"A fun read with engaging characters."
Ethan Millner has it all: A thriving law practice,
beautiful women whenever he wants them, a Porsche and a
decorator's dream of a condo. Unfortunately, the law
practice is with his father, a man he doesn't like very
much, his apartment seems cold, and worst of all, the women
are starting to leave him cold. After Ethan wraps his
Porsche around a tree, the judge sentences him to community
service on a community watch program. His "boss" for the
duty will be Sandy DeMarco, local florist and defacto head
of the watch program. He had no idea florists were so
attractive. When people start dying, Sandy's employee is charged with
the crime. Ethan and Sandy have a front row seat, since
they're working the community watch -- and think they can
solve the mystery; even when it becomes apparent someone
doesn't want them looking too closely into the deaths. Then
Sandy's life is threatened. Finding the killer won't be
easy, especially since their hormones are in overdrive. LIGHT MY FIRE was fun to read. Ms. Graves' characters are
engaging, true-to-life and fun to be around. The story had
me guessing to the very end. It has plenty going on and
kept me turning the pages. I liked it - a good read.
