Erin Gilbert is an interior designer in Crestview, Colorado. Her least-liked competitor is Steve Sullivan. When they're lured into a contest, with each redesigning one room in neighboring homes, neither realizes someone has set something more than a contest into motion -- something much deadlier. The only way Erin might survive is if she can count on Steve as an ally.

DEATH BY INFERIOR DESIGN is the first book in a new mystery series called Domestic Bliss. I enjoyed the byplay between the characters and the way the hero and heroine learn to depend on one another. A good read.
