REVIEW

"Alison Kent can't write these books fast enough for me!"

This is the first in a series of books involving the men who work for Hank Smithson. They are members of his SG-5 team. They are a very covert operation that few know about. These men are handpicked by Hank himself for very special reasons.

This book is specifically about Christian Bane. Hank rescued Christian in a prison in northern Thailand's Chiang Rai province where he'd been set up by his supposed fiancé only she worked for Spectra IT and would do anything it took to get the job done.

Christian's job is to impersonate Peter Deacon, an important higher up at Spectra. Christian is the perfect man to take down Spectra if he can. He needs to infiltrate Dr. Wickham Bow's home and rescue a scientist that Bow supposedly kidnapped. Deacon is currently residing under Hank's barn in a special cell built just for these such occasions.

Christian doesn't count on Natasha Gaudet, Bow's goddaughter. There's something about the free spirited Natasha that pulls at Christian and he doesn't need distractions on this mission, especially distractions such as those Natasha will give him. Still he has to play the game so why not enjoy it while he's playing.

When Christian AKA Peter shows up at Bow's mansion, something just isn't right and he's not sure exactly what it is that's bothering him. Still the kidnapped scientist shouldn't have free rein of the lab and the house, should he?

This book had it all: action, adventure and a hot spicy romance. I know I eagerly devoured it to the very end. I'm dying to read more stories involving the SG-5 men and their missions. Alison Kent can't write them fast enough for me!
