REVIEW

"Entertaining, fun contemporary novel with a great cast of characters."

Tallie Blankenship is an editor at a small publishing house. When her boss has to take an extended leave, he puts her in charge of editing the newest novel from a best- selling author. This could be the big break she's been hoping for. But a colleague is determined to edit the shoe- in bestseller, Tallie's lost the only copy of the manuscript, the author's agent isn't being cooperative, someone doesn't want the book to be published and, if that's not enough, Tallie's mother is bent on setting her up with the son of a friend from her hometown. Of course, Tallie is sure the guy has to be a geek...

This book is entertaining, with a fun plot, a great cast of characters and a small glimpse into the world of publishing. It will keep you guessing and rooting for Tallie to the very end. A very good read.
