"A highly disappointing read"
This story tells the tale of a fantasy battle between good
and evil, manifesting itself in this book as a battle
between light and dark, the Sun and the Moon. A world of another time and place has been the spoils of
war between Sun and Moon for as long as anyone can
remember. No one remembers anymore a time long past when
the Sun ruled the land, providing light and happiness to
all living creatures and plants. The Moon has dominated
with fear and pain but it is slowly losing strength. The
Sun is once again growing strong and coming to defeat the
Moon in their infinite battle. The Moon Lord knows he must
find the strength to defeat the sun, and tries to build
that power by feeding on the sexual energies of his people
and himself. But will he succeed or will the kind and good
Sun win the war once and for all? This reviewer did not like this book at all, for many
reasons, and had a hard time finishing it, even as short
as it was. The progression of the story, what little there
is, is very choppy, jumping around a lot, and doesn't flow
well at all. The book is only about 20 pages but there are
at least three different storylines going at once which
made it very hard to follow. Also, this story is nothing
but sex, sex, and more sex, with a feeble attempt at a
storyline being thrown in to make that necessary. Unfortunately, the story, which is a good premise and
could have made for a good book, is overwhelmed by the
purely gratuitous sex and an overuse of crude anatomical
references. Granted, this book is an erotica story, so sex
is key in this genre, but this short story is more
pornographic then anything. This reviewer got no sense of
emotion from any character, save one that showed a glimmer
of feeling, and none of the couples in any storyline
showed any depth to their relationships beyond lust.
Sadly, the most emotion gotten out of the plotline in the
book was that of a young boy for his puppy, who only shows
up in the last few pages. So, if a reader wants a book that is nothing but lust and
sex and orgies, then this is the book to read. If one
wants any semblance of a plot, skip this one unless
looking to be disappointed. © Kelley A. Hartsell, July 2004. All rights reserved.

SummaryIn the mother world of the Qui'sioe the land has been dark
for uncountable turns of the sand clock. The castle of the
Moon Master echoed to the torture and despair of the people
as they are used as sexual offerings so the dreams of the
light are kept at bay. A titanic battle ensues as the Sun
fights to rise into the world and restore the sensual
enjoyment and love to all the peoples. A tale of fantasy,
sexual glory and myth making that chills the blood and,
like the Sun, awakens erotic senses.
