REVIEW

"Wonderful story of finding love when least expected."

Growing up in foster care after her parents were killed, Josy Warner was scared and alone until Ricky Sabatini befriended her and took her under his wing. Now all grown up, Josy is a fashion designer in a funk, and Ricky is a suspended NYPD cop under investigation. When he calls and asks her to hold a package for him, she takes it and forgets about it, until he calls and tells her to take the package and get out of town. She decides to check out a grandmother she recently learned about in Wyoming.

Thunder Creek Sheriff Ty Barclay misses his late wife. He'll never get married again because his pain is too great. But when Josy Warner blows into town and takes up residency in his apartment building, she brings misery and secrets with her.

The more time Ty and Josy spend together, the more attracted they are to each other. When they kiss, they want more, but neither wants a relationship. Josy has been burned badly by her last boyfriend, and Ty misses his wife. With Josy's life in danger, Ty realizes he can never let anything happen to her, and he can't let her go. But Josy will never take second in any man's life, even though she's fallen in love with Ty. She plans to leave as soon as this mess she's gotten into is finally over. Ty has to convince her otherwise.

NIGHT THUNDER is a magical love story about two people finding love when and where they least expect it. All the characters have wonderful, strong personalities. This story is full of suspense and happy beginnings.
