"Her secret desires"
Nick Armstrong gets more then he expected when he takes a
job painting Lauren Ash's house. He is hoping to get a
glimpse
that he feels was cheated from him. His father had once
been a partner with Lauren's father, but he was tricked
into signing
over his control by Lauren's father. Nick finds the
perfect opportunity when he discovers the secret diary
written by Lauren.
It held some of Lauren's most intimate fantasies. Even
though he knows it is wrong to read the diary, he feels
drawn to the diary
and to the woman who wrote it. Lauren feels an immediate attraction to the sexy painter.
She is finally able to put a face to the ocean god who has
been
starring in her most intimate fantasies. Although her
friends liked to party hard, Lauren always wanted more than
that
lifestyle. Will she be able to forgive him when she finds
out Nick has been reading her RED DIARY? THE RED DIARY, is hot and erotic from the first page. You,
like Nick, will become more intrgued by each passage that
is written in Lauren's diary. Nick is one of the most
tortured heroes I have read in a long time and Lauren is
drawn to him
even though she doesn't want to be. Toni Blake's first single title was well worth waiting for.
I became a fan when she wrote for Harlequin Temptation, but
I believe her
true calling is in writing single titles. There is an
intriguing cast of secondary characters, from Lauren's
father to Nick's brother
Davey. THE RED DIARY should be on everybody's to be bought
list and not even put in the to be read pile. It is to
be read immediately. Barb Hicks.
