"Well-written and interesting contemporary romance."
When Meara O'Rourke unexpectedly inherits half an inn from
her unknown biological mother, events are set in motion
that will change her life forever. Fletcher Black is
furious to learn he has to share his inheritance as he'd
expected to get the entire property when his father died.
But that was before his father remarried. Meara arrives at the inn and finds a resentful Fletcher. He
doesn't want her intruding into his family or the running
of the inn. But she's determined to find out more about her
birth mother, no matter what it takes. Both Meara and Fletcher have been involved in hurtful
relationships in the past, which makes them leery about
getting too close to each other. They encounter many twists
and turns as they struggle to find their roots. This book held my interest to the very end. It's well-
written, and I recommend it to those who enjoy good
romantic fiction.
