In this intense non-stop action read, the story of Jimmy "Diego" Nash and Tess Bailey are played out. Tess has had the hots for Jimmy for a while but refuses to let him know. Then when Tess overhears that Jimmy's partner is being set up she warns him. Not only that, she shows up at the place to help and help she does. Jimmy is so turned on that he takes her to bed but then that's the last Tess hears from him.

Then Nash's partner Decker contacts him and tells him that they are up for a new job with Tom Paoletti's new outfit. Jimmy knows that Decker forces Tom to take him on too but they both get a big shock when they find out that Tess is going along as well. They have to find the laptop of a known terrorist who disappeared when an earthquake hit the town where he was last seen.

Grab onto your seat with both hands because you are in for the read of your life! This book grabs you from the get-go and doesn't let up even at the very end. I'm a big fan of Suzanne Brockmann's books because she's a guaranteed great read!
