"A Dangerous Quest Leads to Unexpected Love"

When Zareen, a Verbot Virgin, is Chosen to enter the Temple of Time and retrieve the stolen talisman destined to save her world, she knows that her journey will be perilous. One misstep can lock her inside the Temple's grounds forevermore. She must be on her guard at all times. Armed with blessings and strict instructions on what is and what is not allowed, she sets forth.

Her quest isn't easy. Faced with creatures both seductive and scary, vague directions and no map and no clue of what's 'normal' in the Temple's grounds, Zareen has to trust her instincts to see her through the day. Help comes in many forms, and danger in more than that. And when the end comes... the most difficult question of all must be answered.

Does Zareen want to leave the Temple after all?

This is one of those stories that is difficult to qualify as a romance, though it most assuredly is one, because so many 'typical' romantic conventions are so easily and completely eschewed. The hero remains a mystery for many chapters. The plot is action centered rather than emotionally oriented, meaning that this isn't one of those books to read if you're looking for melodrama and pounding heartbeats, but the fantasy is well written and intricately plotted. The romance itself is gradual, sweet and seductively believable. Action-packed and full of twists, TEMPLE OF TIME: FORBIDDEN is a fun and unpredictable read for any fantasy romance enthusiast.
