"Fun Aegean Sea romance"
CPA Jane Atwood has loved Alex Woods since they first met
as lab partners at college about ten years ago. However,
Alex fell in love her roommate Sofia Leonakis. Now Alex
and Sofia are marrying on the Greek isle of Mios near
where her wealthy family lives. However, Alex and Sofia
get into a fight over his desire to quit her father's
company. The next day, Alex and Jane learn that Sofia has run off
apparently with a local fisherman. They follow the only
clue, a matchbook from Cavo d'Oro on the isle Andros. As
they search a nude beach and remain in close proximity,
Alex falls in love with Jane. Now he needs to gracefully
end his relationship with Sofia and persuade Jane that she
is not plain to him. This Aegean Sea romance is a fun tale starring a
delightful lead pair, who does not realize that they are
an ideal couple. The story line is character driven from
the manipulative theatrics of Sofia to Jane's clumsiness
when her beloved is near to Alex realizing who turns him
on while strolling on a nudist beach (wonder why he was
brain dead before that naked walk). With a vast Greek
family to round out the nuptials, fans will appreciate
this warm contemporary tale. Harriet Klausner

SummaryIn this romantic romp through the Greek Isles, Carol Grace
pens the delightful story of maid of honor and groom-to-be
hot on the trail of a runaway bride and quite possibly
falling in love!
Jane Atwood has loved Alex Woods for years. His upcoming
wedding to her best friend -- the Greek- American beauty
Sofia Leonakis -- doesn't make it any easier. Nor does the
Greek island setting (is there a more romantic place on
earth?) or her status as maid of honor. But when Sofia and
Alex have a huge fight five nights before the wedding,
Sofia runs off with a mystery man and all bets are off.
Thrown together in search of the errant bride, Jane and
Alex go island-hopping. Jane tries hard to keep the "honor"
in maid of honor, but her attraction to Alex deepens like a
Mediterranean tan. Soon, Alex sees that she's not the plain
Jane he thought she was -- and that she may be his one true
love. Only on the wedding day will Jane discover whether
Alex is ready to say "I do" -- and to whom!
