"The third book in The Bachelorette Pact series"
Bethany is bummed that two of her best friends,
Jessica and Micky have succumbed to the lure of marriage
and after they had their Bachelorette Pact and all. Still
Beth would love to find someone of her own so she decides
she'll try that internet dating thing but so far she's come
up with a handful of big time losers. Then she has a date with Spencer James. What she
doesn't know is that he's a journalist and he's doing a
story about this on-line dating craze. Beth sort of gets
an inkling that something not quite right about their date
when he starts asking way too many questions. Still she
decides to play along and when he tells her that he'll help
her if she helps him she reluctantly agrees. The big problem here is that none of Beth's dates
seem to quite be good enough and Spencer keeps spying on
her, for goodness sakes. How can she enjoy a date when he's
right there every time? Then when Spencer kisses her, all
the bells and whistles go off big time. Spencer is so mad at himself. He's already been
burned by one society wife and that's one too many. He'
refuses to get involved with any woman, society or not
again! Still there's just something about Beth. This story was exactly like I would have pictured
Beth's story to be. I have been thoroughly enjoying every
book in this series so far and this one is just icing on a
huge sticky fattening cake. I just loved it. Now for
Cassandra's story, rubbing my hands in glee!

Beth Von Meeter is determined to find her man. Even if it
means signing up for Internet dating. Spencer James, a
heart-absent reporter wants to do a story...on her and her
quest for the perfect man. Unfortunately for Beth, she's
more interested in Mr. Imperfect, than any of the Mr.
Perfects she meets.
