"Sparks ignite with this flyboy in town."
Tanner Davenport is on a mission, flying back to his
hometown in Kentucky to put a stop to his older brother's
wedding. Not that he doesn't want his brother to get
married, but Savannah is way too wild for his meek, mild
mannered brother, Nathan and she would only end up breaking
his heart. When he lands his plane in Charity MacKay's
field, he is sure he can convince her to help him put a stop
to the wedding between their siblings. What he didn't
expect was to feel a major attraction to the sexy woman
Charity has become. Charity MacKay has her hands full just running the ranch and
getting her ditzy sister married to the only reliable man
she has ever met without having Tanner Davenport coming in
and ruining things. Knowing that Tanner wants to break up
the happy couple, she decides to throw herself in his path
and pretend to help him. But being in Tanner's company
doesn't do anything to quench the desire she feels for him
and the last thing she wants to do is get involved with a
man who doesn't plan on sticking around. A lot has changed in the seven years that Tanner has been
in Alaska. Not only did little Charity grow up into a
beautiful woman, but things at his family's ranch aren't the
same either. Tanner gets a good look at how things have
changed, both through Charity's eyes and his brother's. But
Tanner's life is in Alaska and Charity couldn't live without
the family farm. Can they build a relationship or are they
just destined to have a short, wild fling? Diane Castell has written an amazing story, filled with
family, love and a bit of drama that all romance lovers are
sure to love. We become swept away in not only the romance
that is blooming between Tanner and Charity, but also the
relationship between all the Tanner women. I'm looking
forward to Ms. Castell next book, COWBOY AND A KISS coming
in December of this year.
