However, thanks to his sudden disappearance last year, his reputation among the town folk is not exactly shiny and clean. Zach wonders if Cathy will be influenced by the negative talk or by her friendship with Lauren but he's too much of a gentleman to divulge the true facts of what really happened between Lauren and him -- at least not until he comes to an understanding with Lauren. Meanwhile, doing what he always does best, the Smooth Operator gets set for some steamy and oh-so-very sexy seduction with his luscious neighbor.

Carrie Alexander's SMOOTH MOVES is one terrific book! This was my first taste of Ms. Alexander's work and I'm really glad I had the chance to read this story. SMOOTH MOVES is bound to leave readers with a smile on their faces and ready for some sexy seduction of their own!

This excellent tale of revenge has a unique twist that really leaves the reader guessing. Cathy and Zach are both vulnerable and lovable characters you can't help but lose your heart to. The first scene when Zach lays eyes on Cathy was hot and very very erotic and it goes a long way to set the tone for the entire story. Cathy is a woman I could really identify with. Her insecurities made her seem so real to me. Zach is very aptly named ëHeartbreak'. This is one sexy hunk any woman would want to hold on to! The secondary characters were marvelous also. I had a wonderful time getting to know them all and I hope Ms. Alexander will consider giving Julia a gorgeous hunk of her own!

Carrie Alexander has penned a sassy, steamy and highly entertaining romance that is guaranteed to delight!
