REVIEW

"A helpful dietary aid"

Tonya, Zavasta is a native of Russia. She grew up with a physical disability and a belief that she was unattractive. Ms. Zavasta embarked on a quest to find her most beautiful self. She believes that one's diet is the best way to become a natural beauty. She advocates eating live food rather than cooked and processed food as Mother Nature intended. Ms. Zavasta does not eat dairy, meat, sugar, salt or cooked food of any kind. She believes that this diet led her to find her most beautiful self. She did not switch to the raw diet until she lived in the United States because a variety of fresh produce was scarce in her hometown of Moldova.

Author Tonya Zavasta is extremely knowledgeable about the health industry. She has done her research and has strong arguments and scientific facts to back up her claims. Even the most cynical reader will have to agree that she makes some very valid points. Ms. Zavasta recommends converting to a one hundred percent raw diet. I think this may be a little bit extreme for many people, especially those with families who are used to eating cooked meals. However, even if you follow only some of her advice and introduce fresh juices into your diet, your body will surely thank you for it. I may never adapt the raw lifestyle, but reading this book has definitely made me more conscious about the types of food I eat. I will be healthier for having this information. Thank you Tonya Zavasta.

Summary

Advice on how to become more attractive often comes from those blessed with exceptional beauty to begin with. Yet a woman born to beauty instructing others on how to become beautiful is like a winner of the lottery teaching people how to make a fortune in diligent enterprise! In contrast, Tonya leads by her shining example to empower you to take responsibility for your own appearance and health. Placed by a physical disability in a disadvantaged position, Tonya was nevertheless able to fulfill her long-cherished dream of becoming beautiful despite adversity and being over the age of 40.
