"Thrilling romantic suspense leaves you guessing until the end."
Savannah cop Pierce Reed has been called in on the case of
an insane serial killer. The murderer, who buries his
victims alive, seems to have a personal interest/connection
to Pierce. Reporter Nikki Gillette senses the case could make her
career and dogs Pierce as he investigates the grizzly
murders. It becomes obvious that the killer also has an
interest in Nikki. Pierce finds himself not only racing
against time to stop a madman from killing again, but he
also must protect the woman he's fast falling in love with
from becoming the next victim. This thriller leaves you guessing all the way through. The
killer is almost impossible to discern, and you'll be
working right along with Pierce and Nikki as they try to
identify him and figure out his motive (good luck there!).
In the style of Iris Johansen, Tami Hoag and
Beverly Barton, Jackson is making her mark in the
genre of romantic suspense.
