"Pushes erotica to the limits!"

If you like to read about sex without much of a storyline and don't mind some light S&M, this book should interest you.

Anita's best friend, Jordan, happens to be a dominatrix. When she has to cancel an appointment at the last minute, she begs Anita to meet the guy at his cabin and explain the situation. Anita reluctantly agrees and before she knows it, she's staring face-to-face with a guy who wants a dominatrix. Little does she know he doesn't and the whole thing was set up by his friends who want to help him get over his divorce. Before Anita knows it, she's playing Naughty Mistress Nita to the hilt. She does everything and anything he wants her to do. And, yes, he spanks her with a few tools. For the first time, Anita feels sexually free. The night turns into a weekend of explosive sex. The kind Anita never dreamed possible. Zane can't believe his luck. He's got a girl who will do anything. In the end, Anita returns home leaving Zane to believe she really is a dominatrix. To her surprise, he contacts Jordan and asks to set up an appointment with Naughty Nita. When Anita sees Zane, she explains she's not really a dominatrix. He tells her he kind of figured that out. Then, he asks her on a date because somewhere along the line he started to care about his naughty mistress.

Jodi Lynn Copeland writes explicit sex scenes quite vividly. Unfortunately, it reads more like a sex manual than an erotica story. It also borders on porn. It's only saving grace in this reviewer's opinion is that in the end, Zane actually realizes he cares about Anita. Copeland's story is perfect for someone who likes harder edged erotica/pornography. But, there's an audience for it and S&M. It just doesn't mean this reviewer has to like it.

Summary

Sent to cancel her dominatrix friend's appointment, things go seriously awry when Anita Roemer is mistaken for the Mistress herself. The last thing Zane Matthews wants is a woman to dominate him. He has enough on his mind dealing with the tail end of a divorce. But when he comes home to find the Mistress he told his buddies he didn't want asleep on his bed and looking like anything but a bad girl...who is he to say no?
