"A delightful journey of awakening, renewal and heartfelt love."
Garren once saved William's life on the battlefield at
Pointiers. Now on his deathbed, William asks Garren, the
only man he completely trusts, for one more favor. Go on a
pilgrimage to the tomb of the Blessed Larina and take a
message to the monk at the shrine. Garren, once a spiritual
man with strong beliefs, now considers himself a man
without faith, without a home and without a future. Dominica thinks of nothing else except becoming a nun. She
loves the quiet solitude of life at the Priory and knows
she's meant to spread the word of God. If she can
transcribe the bible into English, it will belong to the
people, not just the church. The Prioress believes she's a
heretic, so she sends Dominica on the pilgrimage and offers
Garren money to seduce her along the way. Then Dominica
can never take her vows. As the knave carries the message of death, little does he
know the maiden who wrote it will change his life forever.
Meanwhile, someone wants them both dead. If you believe in love and miracles, you'll adore this
story. It's a journey of awakening, renewal and heartfelt
love. Delightful!

The Knave carried a message of death. The Maiden who wrote
it would change his life.
The knave is a mercenary knight who doesn't flinch when a
nun suggests he violate a maiden. But as they travel on a
pilgrimage across the England of the Canterbury Tales, her
innocence makes him want to believe in miracles.
Meanwhile, someone wants them both dead.
