"A sensual story full of adventure"
After the death of her explorer husband, Kathryn Virginia
Bright Goodale is left penniless. As per her agreement
with her late husband, upon his death, his entire estate
reverted to his children from his first wife, leaving
Kathryn with nothing save an invitation to the Great
Centennial Race. Having done the right thing once by
marrying to keep her sister and herself from penury,
Kathryn refuses to marry again in order to secure her
future. Instead, she decides to enter the race, which
promises a reward of $50,000, and go for the gold. She
can't do this alone, however. Needing a partner, she sets
out to convince Lord James Bennett, a man whose hot kiss
has haunted her for the past twelve years, to help her
achieve this goal. Jim hasn't forgotten their past either, but while the idea
of the race intrigues him, he is reluctant to take Kate
with him and tricks her into staying behind. That doesn't
stop her though, for once she realizes what he's done, she
quickly catches up with him. The adventure picks up steam
in more ways than one once they begin their journey around
the world, and the simmering attraction between them
refuses to be denied any longer. Susan Kay Law's A WEDDING STORY provides the reader with a
story full of sensuality and adventure. The third book in
Ms. Law's Bright Sisters trilogy, A WEDDING STORY is a
colorful blend of rich, charming characters, witty
dialogue, and a fast paced plot with interesting challenges
that is sure to satisfy. Don't miss it! Leena Hyat
