"First of a new fantasy trilogy is suspenseful, sensuous and compelling."
Malory Price knows art, but her job as manager of The
Gallery isn't going well. Then she's offered a windfall -
if she can find the first of three mysterious keys. She
agrees when two other women agree to search for the other
keys. But if one fails, they all lose. Malory meets Flynn Hennessey, newspaper editor, and is
drawn to him immediately. Then the dreams start and she
realizes there's someone - or something - out there who
doesn't want the keys found and will do whatever it takes
to prevent it. Centuries-old portraits featuring the
women's faces have Malory debating the wisdom of agreeing
to the search, even as she's drawn closer to Flynn, the
other women and the evil force stalking her. KEY OF LIGHT, the first in a new fantasy trilogy, is just
what we expect when the author is Nora Roberts.
Suspenseful, action-packed, poignant and sensuous with
wonderful characters, the story is compelling and
impossible to put down. I'm grateful the subsequent
installments, KEY OF KNOWLEDGE and KEY OF VALOR, are due
out in December and January, respectively. Whether you're
familiar with Ms. Roberts' work or just now considering
her, this series is a must-have. The best word I can come
up with to describe how I feel about this newest novel is
WOW! An excellent read!
